This One Off Session giving you full access to our facilities for 1 Session Only which includes;

Full Access to our Sauna, Steam Room, Heated Loungers, Hot Plunge, Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy. 

You can now book for additional members. click on the 'select new member/child' to add additional member and follow the next few steps. You will then be able to switch between your own account and the additional members account you have added to purchase credits. YOU MUST BUY CREDITS WITHIN EACH MEMBERS ACCOUNT. If you buy 2 credits within your own account it will not allow you to add additional person to the same session.

Please also note we are an over 18's only.

This is for one person only, for one session only, Sessions are 80 Mins, You must book your time slot in the make a booking area. You have 365 days from purchase before this session expires.
